the set up
CAN YOU SET UP INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?
We can set up practically anywhere. Indoors, outdoors, upstairs, downstair, 10th story, basement, beaches, parks, and wedding venues. If we are to set up outside we would like to know if we have overhead coverage like a patio or tent, if not we are able to provide the coverage to keep our food and staff safe from the hot sun or pouring rain.
HOW MUCH SPACE DO YOU NEED TO SET UP?
We require about 10'x6' of space. Our table is 10' long and the 6' space will allow ample room for your guests to line up in front of our set up.
HOW MUCH TIME DO YOU NEED TO SET UP?
Depending on the catering menu we usually will arrive 1-2 hours ahead of the service time to set up. Our helpful service team will help you decide on the best place to set up and do everything to make it a smooth process.
DO YOU NEED ELECTRICITY?
We only need 1 electrical outlet for events smaller than 100 people. We require 2 electrical outlets for larger events.
HOW MANY TACOS/RICE BOWLS DO WE GET?
We encourage all guests to try everything. So if you've come up for a rice bowl, we want them to come up for tacos. Each serving plate or bowl is packed with your choice base, 1/4lb of meat, a pile of toppings, and your favorite sauce. That's almost ONE POUND of food every serving. We've never had an event where our guests left hungry.
DO WE KEEP THE LEFTOVERS?
ABSOLUTELY! You paid for the food, you keep the food. Not only that, our friendly staff will pack up your food in containers that we provide so that you are worry free from start to finish.
